ESG 가치경영을 실천하며 기업의 사회적 책임을 넘어 지역 상생 파트너로 지역경제 살리기에 앞장서 온 신세계프라퍼티가 지난 1년간 진행한 ‘고양시 삼송상점가 가치동행 프로젝트’를 성공리에 마무리하고 이를 기념하는 행사를 열었다.
‘삼송상점가 가치동행 프로젝트’는 하남 신장시장 시그니처 신메뉴 개발, 덕풍5일장 브랜딩, 안성맞춤시장 리뉴얼에 이은 신세계프라퍼티의 4번째 전통시장 활성화 프로그램이다. 신세계프라퍼티는 스타필드 하남 오픈 이후 지역시장의 활성화를 위해 스타 셰프, 인테리어·창업 전문가 등과 함께 시장별로 실질적으로 필요한 활동이 무엇인지 분석해 맞춤 지원해 오고 있다.
24일(금) 삼송1동 행정복지센터에서 열린 삼송상점가 상생상점 기념 행사에는 이정형 고양시 제2부시장, 강두현 삼송상점가 상인회장, 이형천 신세계프라퍼티 개발본부장 등 주요 관계자들이 참석해 새롭게 단장한 점포들을 둘러보며 삼송상점가의 새출발을 응원했다.
'삼송상점가 가치동행 프로젝트'는 일대일 상생 밀착 컨설팅을 통해 상인들의 비즈니스 역량을 강화하고 삼송상점가만의 차별화된 콘텐츠를 개발하는 데 주력했다.
먼저, 스타필드 고양은 지난 2022년 3월부터 삼송상점가 상인회 및 고양시와 긴밀히 소통하며 상점가 현황을 면밀히 분석한 끝에 ‘상점가 대표 콘텐츠 부재’, ‘시설 노후화’, ‘인지도 부족’을 주요 개선 과제로 도출했다.
이후, VMD·SNS 마케팅·스타셰프 등 전문가 군단이 참여해 역량 강화 교육과 레시피 컨설팅, 내·외부 인테리어 개선 등 총 11회에 거친 단계별 맞춤 컨설팅을 진행, 노후화된 상점가 인프라 개선과 먹거리 경쟁력 강화에 나섰다.
삼송상점가 활성화 프로젝트 참여 점포는 총 6곳으로, 일대일 밀착 컨설팅과 내·외부 인테리어 개선을 진행한 끝에 상점가 대표 점포로 새롭게 거듭났다. 식음료 점포 4개소는 최현석·박건영 등 스타셰프가 뜻을 모아 기존 레시피를 업그레이드하고, 사이드 메뉴 개발, 플레이팅, 포장 및 배달 패키지 노하우 등을 전수했다. 제품 진열이 중요한 일반 점포 2개소는 상품을 효과적으로 진열하고 접객 공간과 고객 동선을 효율적으로 바꿔 고객 접근성을 늘리는 방법에 대한 VMD 전문가 컨설팅 및 실습교육을 진행했다. 또한 참여 점포 모두 SNS 마케팅을 주제로 경영 컨설팅 교육을 진행, 상인들의 비즈니스 역량 강화를 도왔다.
깔끔하고 쾌적한 점포 환경 개선과 함께 점포별 일대일 컨설팅 결과에 대한 점주들의 만족도는 매우 높은 편이다. 방문 고객 또한 삼송상점가의 변화를 반기는 분위기다. 실제 매출과 방문 고객 수도 증가했다. 리뉴얼 오픈 후 6개 점포 평균 매출과 방문 고객 수 모두 전월 대비 약 20% 향상했다.
삼송상점가에서 30년 넘게 닭 요리점을 운영해온 점주는 “기존에는 삼계탕과 오리백숙 같은 메뉴 때문인지 단골 고객 외에는 손님이 없었는데, 메인 메뉴를 닭강정으로 바꾼 뒤에는 3040 젊은 고객들이 많이 찾아오고, 포장 고객도 많아져 스타필드에 감사하다”고 전했다.
지역민을 위한 건강 관리자로 역할하고 싶다는 약국 점주는 “직접 매대 배치나 인테리어 조합을 시도해 봤지만 성과를 얻지 못해 VMD 컨설팅을 받고 싶었다. 이번 교육을 통해 카테고리별로 분류 진열했더니 손님들도 찾기 쉽고 편하다며 반응이 좋다”고 말했다.

The company values its customer’s personal information most of all and always puts all-out efforts to protect it safely.
The Company complies with the relevant laws including PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT and the ACT ON THE PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, ETC. and has established and released the Policy on the Handling of Personal Information on its website accessible by its customers. Since the Policy on the Handling of Personal Information may be amended due to changes in governmental law and policy or in the corporate policy, it is recommended for its customers to frequently visit the Notice on the website.

The Company does not collect the personal information of a child under the age of fourteen(14) who shall obtain the consent of his / her legal representative.

This Policy on the Handling of Personal Information takes effect as of November 25, 2021, and the previous version will be replaced with the current version.
